I am just going to summarize it all because its too much to go through. - smoke alarms have batteries taken out - ants in our room climbing into our suitcase, and more ants in the bathroom - no we did not bring food in these rooms - mold on bathroom ceiling - broken bathroom missing and no toilet paper holder at all with paint peeling all over the ceiling - blinds in our room so people can stare into the bedroom - the floor in the room was sticky, as if someone spilled beer and didn't wipe it up - this is also the case for the front door handle, looks like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks - we were only given one set of towel but found a towel in the living room but I did find one in the living room, it smelt clean... - the bedsheet was obviously old and pilled so much it pricks in you in the back at night. - obviously dodgy neighborhood all this for $210 a night.

We would come again. If you are going to Nationals or Astros Spring Training you cannot better. Positive: Price/value was very good. Owner was very responsive, professional and friendly to our requests. Negative: It is part of the deal so no bother to us....three of the rooms shared a bathroom, one other room had its own bathroom. Everyone shared kitchen facilities and sitting rooms.
