留学生、ビジネス向けの短期滞在に良い。 Positive: Rochester Universityに近い。バス停まで徒歩5分。バス自体はほぼ時間通りに頻回に運行している。入室時の部屋の案内がスムーズ(部屋のパスキーがメッセージで知らされる)。深夜早朝の外出帰宅が可能。近所が静か。何よりも、安全で快眠できる環境にこの値段で滞在できるのは破格の安さ。 Negative: 2階のシャワーの水圧がイマイチ。
