Comfortable Getaway in Historic District WRD

Good location but needs some love Positive: Location near downtown but in a quiet area was ideal. The neighborhood is a bit run down but didn't mind that as very quiet. Near a GREAT ramen place called Kibura which I found on my own as owner didn't provide any clues on where to eat etc nearby. Negative: This is a well-located guest house but it was more "humble" that I expected with some basic kitchenware missing. I had to tell the owner to buy a new skillet and some supplies and ended up buying some hot mitts so I wouldn't burn myself. Owner was quite slow sometimes to communicate. Toilet broke while I was there and he got it fixed but again a lack of communication.
